I hope you love your Little Story Box. If something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying me of your withdrawal, the items must be returned within 14 days.

Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost paid for the order (if applicable).

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in their original condition.

You may inspect the books as you would in a physical shop. If the books show signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an amount reflecting any resulting loss in value.

Because some of the products are curated Story Bundles, they must be returned in full, including all books originally included.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can review the issue.

Damaged items still need to be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Once the returned items have been received and the damage verified, I will cover the return shipping cost or reimburse reasonable return postage.

I recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once the returned items have been received, or you have provided proof that they have been sent back, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be made within the applicable 14-day period.
