These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through A Little Story Box. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A Little Story Box offers curated story boxes of children's books designed to create meaningful storytime moments.

Products
Each Little Story Box contains a curated selection of children's books as described on the product page.
I make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images accurately represent the contents of each story box. However, slight variations in packaging or presentation may occur.
Prices and Payment
All prices shown on this website include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
Delivery
Orders currently ship within Denmark and the European Union.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but typically take 1–3 business days within Denmark and 3–7 business days within the EU after dispatch.
While I always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside my control, including postal service delays, customs processing, or other logistical disruptions.
A Little Story Box cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying me of your withdrawal, the items must be returned within 14 days.
Returns
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Books may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop, but returns cannot be accepted for books that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
Because the products are curated story boxes, they must be returned in full, including all books originally included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Damage claims are reviewed before refunds or replacements are issued.
Damaged items must still be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued. Once the returned items have been received and the damage verified, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed.
Refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned items have been received, or after proof that the items have been sent back.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding related to A Little Story Box, is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
