I chose this one for little readers who are learning that they don't have to change who they are to belong. When Blu moves to a new town full of tomatoes, he discovers that he's the only one who is blue. Although the other tomatoes are friendly, Blu wishes he could look just like them.

Determined to fit in, he tries everything from red paint to special juice. But when his plans don't work, Blu begins to discover something important: being different isn't something to fix.
